Hawk (palsupport): .If a member of staff enters the lobby please aknowledge his/her arrival and offer the control of the lobby to the staff member....The owners do not want users offering help and advice in private messages so you must respond to questions on the microphone or in the text area in the lobby....You MUST be aware that your conduct and attitude in the lobbys WILL be monitored and if you continue to do a good job you MAY, in the future, be recommended for considerstion for a staff position...Please be aware that helping in the lobbys does NOT guarantee a recommendation or offer of staff entry...
