Usage

Use this template on the inflection line of the base (i.e. masculine singular) entry for French adjectives. It adds the term to Category:French adjectives

For example, on "compact":

The above code displays as followings:

compact m (f compacte, m plural compacts, f plural compactes)

If the adjective forms its feminine inflection in any way other than adding -e to the masculine version, use the optional feminine parameter:

{{fr-adj | feminine= }}

For example, on "mauve":

===Adjective===

{{fr-adj | feminine=mauve }}

The above code displays as follows:

mauve m (f mauve, m plural mauves, f plural mauves)
